Open Space Development Requirements
Minimum open space (O.S.) standards for new residential development are driven by requirements in the City's Unified Development Code (UDC). The framework for total required open space include project size, and in the case of multi-family developments, the number of units. For annexations, rezones, and conditional use permits, the Comprehensive Plan also has guiding text and policies.
